Viz Media has officially announced that One Punch Man Season 3 will premiere globally on Oct 12, 2025. The new season will be available on multiple streaming platforms, including Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, and Crunchyroll, depending on the region.
According to Viz Media, the series will debut at 8:15 a.m. PST on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ in Canada. Netflix will stream the anime in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, while Crunchyroll will handle streaming in Latin America and Oceania.
Meanwhile, the official website of the anime lists that Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Muse Asia will stream One Punch Man season 3 in India.
The third season officially kicked off in Japan on Oct. 6 with a special recap broadcast.
One Punch Man season 3 is animated by J.C. Staff, and directed by Shimpei Nagai, who revealed earlier that he aims to establish a more efficient production pipeline at J.C. Staff by integrating 2D and 3D animation.
Nagai also expressed confidence in the studio’s direction, asking fans to continue supporting J.C. Staff as it works to improve staff conditions and cultivate new talent, despite not being backed by a large corporate group.
J.C. Staff also was in charge of animating the second season in 2019, while Madhouse previously produced the anime’s first season.
The studio’s return has reignited discussions among fans about whether it can meet the high expectations surrounding the adaptation.
The first season of the anime was broadcast in Japan from October to December 2015. A second season, produced by J.C. Staff, was broadcast from April to July 2019.
