Netflix’s live-action One Piece series has cast actor Cole Escola as fan-favourite Bon Clay. Additionally, Xolo Marideuna of Cobra Kai fame has been cast as Portugas D. Ace.

Both characters will appear in the third season of the series. The second season of the series wrapped filming in February 2025. It began production in June 2024 and will adapt the story from the Loguetown arc through Drum Island.
One Piece live-action season 2 will premiere in 2026.

Mikaela also provides the facial capture of Chopper. Season 1 of the One Piece live-action adaptation premiered on Netflix on Aug. 31, 2023, becoming the most-watched title on the platform in the second half of that year.
